Coherent Energy Transport between Coupled Quantum Wells Studied by Two-Dimensional Terahertz Spectroscopy

Abstract

A coupled quantum well system is extensively studied by fully phase-resolved 2D intersubband spectroscopy. We observe prominent oscillatory features, caused by a coherent LO-phonon mediated charge transport between both wells within 120 fs.
