Polarization analysis techniques in the VUV

Abstract
The vectorial photoelectric effect is investigated for gold and lead-oxide-glass surfaces at a variety of wavelengths in the VUV. The usefulness of this phenomenon as a basis for a VUV polarization detector is discussed.
