Polarization by Reflection and Some Optical Constants in the Extreme Ultraviolet

Abstract

The proportion of polarization, P, of the first-order reflection from an uncoated aluminized grating with an angle of incidence of about 80° has been determined in the spectral region 304 to 1216 Å.
