Abstract
The development of low-temperature narrowbandpass filters for the spectral region λ > 50 μm using metallic mesh is discussed. Data are presented for temperatures down to 1.1 K and for a number of temperature cycles. The data show that such filters perform well at these temperatures with deterioration only occurring in limited cases.
