Polar representation of ellipsometric data

Abstract

This paper illustrates a way of representing the ellipsometric Δ and ψ parameters in polar form, which has some advantages over the Cartesian Δψ plots, and the Argand diagrams of the complex reflection coefficient ratio, which are currently in use.
