Abstract
The tolerancing of lens parameters usually requires large amounts of computer memory and time. A program is described which, due to its compactness and flexibility in criteria definitions, is suitable for desk-top computers. A Monte Carlo method is used for system perturbation which provides a simulation of the real manufacturing situation.
