Double-pass parabolized Ebert monochromator: spatial filtering analysis of the aberrations

Abstract

The influence of the residual coma on the spectral spread function in an in-plane parabolized Ebert monochromator of both single-pass and double-pass types is studied. The widths and intensities of that function corresponding to these systems are also compared.
