Talbot interferometry with increased shear: part 3

Not Accessible

Abstract

The sensitivity of Talbot interferometry can be increased by detecting higher harmonics of the intensity distribution in the Fresnel diffraction field of the beam splitter grating. Detecting the symmetrical and nonsymmetrical diffraction orders of the square wave-type amplitude grating is described theoretically and experimentally verified.
