Abstract

Line mixing effects are observed in the self- and N2-broadened Q-branch of the ν2 + ν3 band of N2O at 2798.2 cm−1. The spectra were recorded at 295 K using a Fourier spectrometer. Experimental results are compared with computations performed taking into account off-diagonal elements of the relaxation matrix.
