Inductive high-pass filters for the visible

Abstract

Polycarbonate membranes with monodisperse submicrometer cylindrical holes are metalized on both sides to produce an inductive grid at visible wavelengths. The transmission characteristics found by using a scalar diffraction model agree well with measurements.
