Abstract

We appreciate the Glückstad et al. Comment [Appl. Opt. 42, 792 (2003) herein] in the sense of letting us clarify some important points in our paper [Appl. Opt. 41, 2607 (2002)]. We also take this opportunity to show experimental results that corroborate the usefulness of the method we described.
