Abstract

A spectrographic technique to enhance the sensitivity of gallium determination in micro samples of indium-gallium alloys is described. Use of a helium atmosphere effectively reduces cyanogen band interference with the most sensitive gallium lines, 4172.1A and 4033.0A.
