Abstract

I am extremely pleased and proud to be the recipient of the Williams-Wright Award in Industrial Spectroscopy, sponsored by the Coblentz Society. This society has been a pillar of scientific strength and a true leader in the field of vibrational spectroscopy. To be recognized by this special group in this way is a singular honor in my life, one which I will never forget. I thank all of you with whom I have worked, and indeed, the entire Society.
