Login Help
Login
To Login to your Account, click on the Login link. Remember that your login is always your e-mail address.
Forgot Password
Access the Login page. Then select the "Forgot Password" link at the bottom of the page. You will be asked to submit your e-mail address and your password will be sent to you.
Change Password
You may change your password by going to the Login page and selecting the "Change Password" link. You must enter your old password in order to change your password. Enter the new password twice and then select "Change Password."
Passwords are not case sensitive and should be between 5 and 20 characters.
Logout
To Logout of your account, go to the My InfoBase page and select the "Logout" link at the bottom of the page. You will automatically return to the InfoBase homepage.
