Abstract
The production of stereoscopic views characterized by correct “depth” relations and undistorted perspective can be accomplished only under rigorously prescribed relations between the several parts of the apparatus. These relations, in the form of a group of simple equations and accompanying diagrams, are developed and set forth. The characteristics of the apparatus resulting from the application of these relations are considered.
