Abstract
The technique, described by Nuberg and Yustova in 1955 to determine the convergence points of dichromats, was used at the National Bureau of Standards for three deuteranopic eyes, to obtain data on the deuteranopic convergence point. A study of the convergence point for deuteranopes obtained at NBS and by several other investigators has indicated a fairly wide range of values for this convergence point (1.08 to 2.30 for x, −0.08 to −1.30 for y). The NBS data for deuteranopic observers yield points that fall within this range.
