Abstract

Some equivalences between conventional longitudinal tomography and imaging with a masked mirror are proven, including equality of corresponding magnification factors in convolution blurring. The mask must correspond to the locus of source motion in tomography. An optical simulator with no moving parts is proposed for tomography.
