Abstract
The data and results presented constitute a report of a continuation of the work of the preceding paper. The interesting new feature of the waters of Southern Alaska is definite evidence of layering. In addition to photosynthetic action it is probable that this is caused, in part at least, by the discharge of rivers and by glacial effects.
