A Case of Dispersion Without Deviation of the Mean Ray

Abstract

This paper shows that a direct vision spectroscope may use a glass prism immersed in a liquid contained in a cell with parallel ends. The effect of changing the prism angle is shown, and the data for a 14° dispersion are given.
