Screen-Line Tests of Paraboloidal Reflectors

Abstract
A description of the screen-line test for paraboloidal reflectors is given and the primary considerations involved in its use are presented. The test is useful for reflectors having a face diameter at least as large as four times the focal length. A formula for use in determining small errors in surface regularity is included.
