Human Reaction Time During Dark Adaptation

Abstract

Reaction times of two subjects for different brief flashes are measured during the course of dark adaptation. Seven experimental conditions known to influence measures of dark adaptation are investigated. The results are discussed for their bearing on traditional psychophysical measures of threshold changes.
