Not Accessible

Abstract

Zeeman effect data have been collected for 18 resolved patterns in the Er I spectrum, 201 resolved patterns in the Er II spectrum, and 205 unresolved patterns. The use of digital computers in the analysis of spectra is discussed and applied, in an attempt to break into term arrays of the erbium spectra. The electrodeless discharge source unit that was used is described.
