Abstract

Beam-foil spectra showing about 200 fluorine lines (F ii to F vi) between 1050 and 4000 Å have been observed. Measurements of intensity decays for 17 lines below 2000 Å yielded mean lives for 15 excited levels in F iii, F iv, and F vi.
