High-resolution laser-induced fluorescence spectroscopy has been applied to investigate the hyperfine structure constants and isotope shifts of high-lying even-parity levels of zirconium in the energy range 34 000–37 000 cm<sup>−1</sup>. By analysis of the measured spectra, the hyperfine-structure constants of seven levels and isotope shifts of eight transitions are determined.
