Spectra and energy levels of sodiumlike ions from Y28+ to Sn39+

Abstract

Spectra of ten sodiumlike ions from Y28+ to Sn39+ were observed with laser-produced plasmas and grazing-mcidence spectrographs. Wavelengths, energy levels, and ionization energies were determined for all ions of the isoelectronic sequence from Y to Sn. Revised ab initio and fitted values are given for the 3d–4f wavelengths of the sodiumlike ions K8+ and Rh34+.
