Abstract

The concept of constructing a solar space station from autonomous satellites connected by information and energy channels is proposed. Some of the satellites of this system carry laser channels for transmitting energy to the earth, while others act as photoconverters of solar energy into electric energy, followed by transmission to a radiator satellite by a noncontact magnetic-resonance method.
