Abstract

This paper presents the results of studies of the energy sensitivity of an optoelectronic device intended for high-precision measurements of linear displacements in the range of working distances from 1 to 40 m. The limiting values of the energy sensitivity and the conditions under which it can be optimized in the entire range of working distances are determined.
