Abstract

This paper presents the results of a study of the spectrophotometric stability of the VM-70 spectrophotometer in the 180-360-nm region with a set of facilities for checking it - attenuators based on palladium, nickel, fianite, and silicon carbide films, calibrated in transmission and reflection. © 2005 Optical Society of America
