Abstract

This paper discusses methods of creating and using background-target models as the final and generalized results of studies of the characteristics of the radiation of targets and backgrounds. The requirements on modern background-target models are considered from the viewpoint of their capability of ensuring the development of a new generation of optoelectronic systems.
