Abstract
This paper presents an analysis of the optical layout and some aberrational calculations for the OZIRIS stellar arcmeter-interferometer, developed under contract with the Russian Space Agency. The device is intended to measure the arc between celestial bodies at a microsecond level of accuracy. The layout provides that the bases of two interferometers coincide and that the image of a stellar point source in the beams formed by the optical elements is spatially filtered to form aberration-free wave fronts of the interfering beams. The optical elements of the telescopes of each arm of the interferometers, which form beams diffracted at spatial filters, are used to aim the telescopes at the object to be measured.
