Abstract

This paper reviews the electrophysical properties of materials that possess more stable time and temperature parameters than does the ternary solid solution CdHgTe. The main properties are presented for the ternary solution ZnHgTe, the semimagnetic solid solution MnHgTe, new four- and five-component systems, and also a material based on size-quantized effects.
