Abstract

The relationship of the parameters of a system of thin components is expressed using accepted coefficients, and an equation is obtained that determines all the varieties of optical systems composed of three thin mirror components. For typical cases of the construction of an optical system, it is shown that the specification of the values of the coefficients that appear in the equation is determined by the requirements on the size parameters of the optical system being developed and on the correction of the aberrations of the image formed by it.
