Emissivity of membrane structures based on silicon carbide

Abstract

The emissivity of membrane structures based on silicon carbide of the 6H polytype has been experimentally investigated at high temperatures. The dependence of the monochromatic emissivity of the SiC membranes on their thickness has been obtained.
