Abstract

This paper analyzes the requirements on the radiation detector of the optical field camera of the T-170M space telescope of Project Spectrum-UV. A brief review is given of the characteristics of modern CCD detectors, regarded as the radiation detectors in an optical camera. Recommendations are given for the operating regimes of the camera, and the sensitivity in various regimes is estimated.
