Abstract

The design and process features of CCD photodetectors that show up at comparatively high intensities of the optical signals acting on them are theoretically and experimentally analyzed. Practical recommendations are given for reducing the influence of the indicated features when the photodetectors are used in optical-data-processing facilities.
