Abstract

The parameters of a television pyrometer based on two photoelectric-conversion channels with different accumulation times are analyzed. It is shown that, even with a ratio of accumulation times limited by the possibilities of antiblooming of the CCD arrays, a substantial broadening of the measurable temperature range is achieved with a specified measurement accuracy and a known SNR in the channels.
