Optoacoustic aiming device for an underwater wireless optical communication system

Abstract

This paper proposes a compact, narrowly directed optoacoustic schlieren-type detector–direction finder, developed to solve the problem of preliminary aiming of an optical detector and an optical transmitter in a wireless optical underwater communication system.
