Abstract

With this erratum we aim to correct two typos that unfortunately appeared in our manuscript: In Eq. (5) a minus sign is missing in front of the first term on the right-hand side and in Table 1 the units given for parameters B and D need to be 2D densities. However, their values given in Table 1 are correct. The corrected table and equation are given below.
