] is replaced with a double-sided mirror whose normal direction is also scanned two-dimensionally. The propagation direction of the plane wave which illuminates the object is scanned by the obverse side of the double-sided scanning mirror. The 0-order light transmitted through the object is reflected by the reverse side of the scanning mirror, resulting in the identical direction of the 0-order light irrespective of the scanning mirror angle.
