Abstract

An erratum is presented to correct typing mistakes in our paper [Opt. Express 17, 23920 (2009)].

In our paper [1

], some inadvertent typing errors have been found and corrected as below. On page 23923, line 26, the first equation reads H(kx, ky, z) = eikzz. In line 32, the function |H(kx, ky, z)| has a cutoff at k2=kx2+ky2.
