Abstract

We report and correct a couple of notation errors in our article. The superscript denoting the n-th guess solution in our iterative scheme is missing in two equations in the final published paper.

] and the correct forms are given below for the record.

  • (i) Eq. (6) and the sentence after it should read as:
    O (n+1)  =  G ⊗ {  O (n)+ t [ H − (| O (n) |2 + |R |2 +  O (n)R* +  O (n)*R) ] . ( O (n) + R ) }.

We observe that the effect of every L2-error iteration (the part in the curly braces in Eq. (6)) is to add a term proportional to the error  [ H − (| O (n) |2 + |R |2 +  O (n)R* +  O (n)*R) ]  multiplied by ( O (n) + R )to the previous guess solution.

  • (ii) Eq. (8) should read as:
    O (n+1)  =   O (n)+ t [ H − (| O (n) |2 + |R |2 +  O (n)R* +  O (n)*R) ] . ( O (n) + R ) .
