With a micro-electro-mechanical system (MEMS) mirror, the authors successfully developed a miniaturized epi-third-harmonic-generation (epi- THG) fiber-microscope with a video frame rate (31Hz). In vivo horizontal-sectioned epi-THG and epi-SHG images of Asian forearn skin in different layers. [See S.-H. Chia et al. Fig. 6 for details.]
