Compact hybrid plasmonic polarization rotator |

Abstract
We propose a novel ultracompact (5 μm) hybrid plasmonic polarization
rotator operating at telecommunication wavelength for integrated silicon
photonic circuits. The polarization mode of a silicon waveguide is rotated with
