Fast scanning photoretinoscope for measuring peripheral refraction as a function of accommodation
There has been an increasing interest in understanding how the refraction of the eye varies across the retina, in part because some evidence suggests this variation may be important in the development of myopia. The authors present a new device—a photoretinoscope that can rapidly evaluate the variation in refractive error across the retina.
