Authors
Articles published in the Virtual Journal for Biomedical Optics are submitted directly to the OSA source journals for peer review and archival publication: Applied Optics, JOSA A, JOSA B, Optics Express, and Optics Letters. The virtual journal now also includes articles published in the Society for Applied Spectroscopy's Applied Spectroscopy journal. Articles are selected for the Virtual Journal for Biomedical Optics on the basis of OCIS codes and keywords in the article abstract.
